Meet the manager of the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has recently hired a new manger for the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and an informal “meet and greet” event with the public is being set up for anyone and everyone who is interested in and enjoys birdwatching and photography on the refuge.

It is a great time to come talk to and meet the new refuge manager, Carl Millegan, and learn about his vision for the future of the refuge.
